Free Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India, with no minimum purchase requirement.

International Shipping Charges

Tantvari provides international shipping options on all for a fixed reasonable shipping cost.

Shipping costs, are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. In cases of large or bulky consignments, an oversized packaging fee may be applied to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Domestic Shipping Timelines (India)

Orders within India are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as government regulations, regional restrictions, or courier delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

If you have a specific delivery requirement, feel free to inform us at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

International Shipping Timelines & Customs

International orders usually take 8 to 10 working days to reach their destination, depending on the country and courier partner.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local levies (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

  • Tantvari has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including Post code and contact details.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

We work only with reliable and established courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Domestic Partners:
DHL, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, FedEx

International Partners:
DHL, FedE

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details and courier information, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Delays

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. Tantvari will not be liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or logistical issues may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will always keep you updated in such situations.

Packaging & Product Condition

All Tantvari products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch and are packed securely to prevent damage.

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery

  • Contact us immediately at info@tantvari.com with clear photos of the package

Orders containing multiple products are generally packed together. If you require separate packaging, please contact us with your order number. Additional charges may apply.

Gift Orders

If you’re purchasing a gift and would like to include a personalised note, email us at info@tantvari.com with your order number and message. We’ll be happy to add that special touch.

No Returns on Sale Items

Products purchased during clearance or sale events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing a sale order.
